According to new research from Bloomberg New Energy Finance, it's cheaper to build and operate new utility-scale solar PV plants in most parts of the world than to maintain existing coal-fired ones. High Capacity & High Output Voltage

When the battery works under the condition of incomplete discharge, the capacity will quickly fall below the rated capacity. This phenomenon is called the memory effect. For example, Ni-MH and Ni-Cd batteries have memory, while lithium iron phosphate batteries do not. No matter what state the battery is in, it can be used as soon as it is charged, and there is no need to discharge it before charging.

High Security & Good High-temperature Performance

The electrothermal peak of lithium iron phosphate can reach 350℃- 500℃, while that of lithium manganate and lithium cobalt oxide is only about 200℃. The P-O bond in lithium iron phosphate crystal is stable and difficult to decompose. Even at high temperatures or overcharge, it will not collapse and heat like lithium cobalt oxide or from strong oxidizing substances.

The BNEF report puts the Levelized cost of energy (LCOE) – a measure that includes capital investment in a new project plus the operating cost – of solar at $US48 per megawatt-hour, and $US41 per MWh for wind. In China, the LCOE of solar was at $34/MWh, one dollar cheaper than the cost of running a coal plant; and in India, $25/MWh for the solar system, where the average cost of running existing coal plants is $26 per MWh.
